Programme details, fees, schedules, delivery formats, and service inclusions are communicated through our website or individual agreements.
2. Registration and Payments
Participants must provide accurate registration information and comply with applicable programme requirements.
Course fees, payment terms, and applicable charges will be communicated before purchase. Enrolment is subject to confirmation and applicable payment requirements.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund eligibility depend on the applicable programme or service terms disclosed before payment.
Any statutory refund or remedy rights under UAE law remain unaffected. Where Quantara cancels a paid programme, participants will be offered an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.

4. Learning Access and Certificates
Access to course materials and the student portal is provided according to the selected programme’s terms.
Certificates, where offered, are subject to successful completion of the stated requirements. Unless expressly confirmed otherwise, Quantara certificates do not constitute government licensing, professional accreditation, or guaranteed employment eligibility.
5. Intellectual Property
All original course materials, videos, documents, branding, and website content are owned by Quantara or its licensors.
Materials are provided for authorised personal or organisational learning purposes and may not be copied, distributed, resold, or commercially reproduced without written permission.
6. Participant Responsibilities
Users must respect intellectual property rights, maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials, and avoid misuse of the website, student portal, or learning resources.
Quantara may restrict access where these terms are materially violated, subject to applicable law.
7. Educational and Advisory Disclaimer
Quantara provides education, professional development, and business advisory support. Training outcomes depend on individual participation, circumstances, and external market conditions.
We do not guarantee employment, income, investment returns, regulatory approvals, or business success. Brokerage setup and other professional services may require separate written agreements and approvals from relevant authorities.
8. Liability and Governing Law
Quantara provides its services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Quantara is not responsible for losses arising from factors beyond its reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, with disputes subject to the competent courts of Dubai, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
9. Changes to These Terms
Quantara may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be published on our website. Changes will not retrospectively remove existing contractual or statutory rights.
